The Rode smartLav+ is a broadcast-grade lapel mic perfect for discreet and portable recording. Simply mount the microphone on the talent, connects it to a smartphone or tablet headset jack and records via the Rode Rec app for iOS, or any other audio app of their choice.

The Rode smartLav+ makes it easy and inexpensive to record multiple actors in one scene. Mount one mic to each actor and simply connect to their smartphone, check levels and hit record. Once the director calls ‘cut’ collect the devices and download the audio direct to your project. Using RØDE Rec on iOS devices you can quickly share direct from the app!
