Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
TrendyDeals ships Australia-wide including NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT, and NT. We do not currently ship internationally. Remote areas may have extended delivery times.
2. Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 7 business days from payment confirmation. Processing may be extended during peak periods.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Metro: 2-5 business days. Regional: 5-10 business days. Remote: 7-14 business days. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Charges
Calculated at checkout based on address, dimensions, and weight. Some products may qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Tracking
Tracking number and link emailed upon dispatch. Tracking may take 24 hours to activate. Contact support if no tracking within 7 business days of payment.
6. Failed Delivery
Carriers will attempt delivery. If unsuccessful, a notification card may be left. Parcels returned due to incorrect customer-provided addresses incur reshipment charges.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk passes to buyer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier, including safe drop, parcel locker, or concierge delivery.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
Contact us within 7 days (lost) or 48 hours (damaged) with photos. We will investigate and arrange replacement or refund where appropriate. Retain original packaging until resolved.
9. Authority to Leave
By placing an order you authorise the carrier to leave parcels in a safe location if unavailable. TrendyDeals is not liable for parcels lost or stolen after authority-to-leave delivery.
