We collect: email address, name, phone number, shipping address, bidding and purchase history, payment references, IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data.
3. How We Collect Information
Through account registration, membership purchase, bidding, checkout, customer support, and cookies/analytics.
4. Purpose of Collection
To operate the Platform, process memberships, facilitate auctions, process payments, communicate with you, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.
5. Disclosure
We may share data with: Shopify Payments (payment processing, PCI DSS compliant), hosting providers (Shopify, Vercel), email providers (Shopify Email), analytics providers (Google Analytics), shipping carriers, professional advisers, and law enforcement where required by law. We do not sell your data.

Some providers may store data outside Australia (US, Canada, EU). We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients comply with the APPs.
