Overview
JURA's integrated cleaning programme reliably removes coffee fats from the machine, from the patented brewing unit to the coffee spout. The Special formula effectively loosens the coffee fat and particles in the brewing unit and sieve. Water heated to 80 degrees C thoroughly cleans and rinses the components on the inside and outside.
Special active ingredients form a protective barrier on the surfaces of the components, providing long-term protection from coffee residue and fats. The care phase contains complexing agents that reduce the water hardness by removing calcium and magnesium, which form stubborn limescale.
